Full Product Traceability

Traceability is achieved from raw material, all the way through to the customer’s production line, with supporting documentation as required by both QS9000 and TS16949.

KanBan

PEP operates a KanBan system with the majority of our customers that enables them to plan component supplies to suit production build requirements. This system considerably reduces customer inventory and increases production output efficiency. The KanBan arrangement can be tailored made to suit individual customer needs.

COC's

Certificates of conformity can be supplied for any production batch and full traceability is maintained from receipt of raw material through production to despatch.

Export

PEP currently exports to Europe, North America and Scandinavia.

Customised Packaging

Standard non-returnable corrugated box packaging is normally used with the advantage of customising to suit our customers' specified formats should their particular application demand it.

Bar Coding

Bar coding can be used for customers who request it. Most major standards are supported by our system.
