Tool Room
Our toolroom is fitted out with modern equipment, which, together with CAD design stations, and the ability to work with 3D component CAD data transmitted electronically, enables PEP to support their customers with quick response times and competitive tool prices.
Toolroom expertise is also used in the Design FMEA function. Complete suites of tools are regularly taken on which are controlled during manufacture by a dedicated Project Manager who works closely with the customer's engineering team. The Project Manager supplies the client with Gantt Charts at project commencement and regularly updates them during tool production.
