A process that started when we achieved Investors in People during the 1990s which has today been superseded by our commitment to IATF 16949.

We place a strong emphasis on all aspects of technical training, working in conjunction with organisations such as Polymer Training Ltd (PTL), Sandretto and North London Tech.

And the ethos throughout the business is on fostering close working relationships between all staff members, characterised by a regular meeting structure for teams from shift level to senior management.
