Business Development Manager – Overseas & UK

Precision Engineering Plastics are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to cover the UK and Overseas. We require an experienced candidate who has had many years experience in technical sales for an injection moulding company. It will be necessary for the candidate to be able to speak with the clients at a technical level and to able to discuss their requirements in detail.

Attributes required are good communication skills, good telephone manner, self motivated, commercial awareness with the ability to maintain a positive attitude when working under pressure

Key Responsibilities

• Profitably selling PEP’s processes and services
• Expanding the customer and market base both internationally and domestically into our strategic business segments
• Identifying and working with customers that fit the strategic plan of the business
• Increasing revenue and income within the strategic customer base
• Sales reporting, visit reports and monthly reporting
